How an electric vehicle driver can use the Sintio-Portal

When signed up as described in User Account you are almost there and able to charge your car. However, you still have to add your address, a RFID badge and a valid credit card. How to do this is described in the chapters below.

Adding your personal details

Go to www.sintio.app (opens in a new tab), login and then click in the top right corner on your name. A drop-down menu will colapse. Click Profile (opens in a new tab) to get to your profile page as shown below.

  3. Click Save
  4. The badge will apear in the badges table.

Composition of the Tariff for Charging Energy

The tariff for your charging energy at Sintio may differ from the tariff of your energy provider. This can have the following reasons:

  • There is a meter rental fee for the energy provider's e-mobility electricity meter. This cost is distributed among the users and is listed as an additional subscription.
  • The charging infrastructure generates power losses (load management, internet router, etc.), which are reflected in the tariff. This may result in an increase of 3 - 6 cents/kWh.
  • Some energy providers charge power tariffs during peak load times.

The revenue from charging energy is used to cover the energy provider’s invoice. This is managed either by your property owner (sintio.service subscription) or by Sintio (sintio.fullservice subscription).
