Electric meter from energy supplier

The energy supplier's meter measures the total electrical energy consumed by the charging stations. Based on this measurement, the energy supplier issues an invoice for the energy consumption. With the sintio.fullservice subscription, there is an option to transfer the meter to Sintio AG. In this case, we take responsibility for the tariffs and pay the meter's invoice. If you are interested, please contact us at info@sintio.ch. All other subscriptions do not have the option of transferring the electricity meter to Sintio AG.

Installation income

You can view the income from your installation, broken down by month, in the Installation income tab. If you would like to request a refund of the charging station income, you can do so by clicking the Request refund button.
