Charging Station Access Type
The access type of a charging station can be either "Private" or "Public". "Private" means that a charging session can only be initiated by specific users who have been assigned to the station. "Public charging" means that a charging session can be started via QR code scanning with a smart device. For public charging stations, you can optionally set a PIN to restrict access to a specific group.
The table below provides an overview of the characteristics of private and public charging.

You can set the access type in the Sintio portal under your Organization/Charging Stations and select the respective station.
Select the charging station access type and update your changes.
You can now download the generated QR code.
