OCPP Integration for Easee Charging Stations
When commissioning your first Easee installation, a manufacturer-specific OCPP password must be stored in the Sintio Portal. For security reasons, please contact support@sintio.ch, and we will configure it for you. This is only required for the first Easee installation.

Operation by Sintio
Open the following link (opens in a new tab) to access the Easee web portal. You will see a list of the Easee charging infrastructures assigned to your user account.
Select the site where the charger is located.

If Sintio has not yet been selected as the technical operator, confirm the change by clicking “Yes”.

Contact Sintio (opens in a new tab) by phone or email to register the charging infrastructure.
If you would like to manage your charging infrastructure yourself through the Sintio Portal, follow the instructions in the next section.
Self-Management of the Charging Infrastructure
Edit the OCPP settings of the relevant chargers. The required information is shown in the table below. These settings can be edited after Sintio has been selected as the operator.

Only the /ocpp16/YourOrganizationName/ path from your organization’s
complete OCPP URL is required.
For example, the complete URL is:
wss://ocpp.sintio.app/ocpp16/YourOrganizationName/deviceID.

Save the changes.

The chargerss will appear in the Sintio Portal after approximately 15 minutes. You can speed up this process slightly by restarting the relevant chargers.

Serial Number
The serial number is located behind the charger’s front cover, above the Type 2 connector.
