Easee Charge Core

To connect an Easee charging station with the Sintio Portal, the operator "Sintio" must be selected. Follow these steps:

1. The operator is selected at Easee based on an installation. To do this, log in to portal.easee.com (opens in a new tab) as a Site Admin. Then, click on the installation you want to connect with the Sintio Portal. See the following screenshot.

2. In the Operator tab, click on the Set Operator button as shown in the screenshot below.

3. A popup will appear with a list of available operators. Type Sintio in the search bar. Then, Sintio will appear in the selection list. Click on Sintio in the list to select it as the operator. See the red arrow in the following screenshot.

4. Now, Sintio is selected as the operator for the installation. See the following screenshot. It takes a few minutes for the changes to be active in the Easee Cloud.

5. Unlike other manufacturers, Easee charging stations will not automatically appear in your organization's Sintio Portal. Please contact Sintio Support at support@sintio.ch for assistance.

Serial number

The serial number is located behind the front cover of the charging station above the Type 2 plug.
