Creating a user account
Creating a user account and adding your profile details takes you less than 5 minutes.
Sign up for an account
Click www.sintio.app/signup (opens in a new tab) what will bring you to following page where you have to add your full name (important for invoicing) and additional details.
The username cannot be an email address! It can consist of letters, numbers as well as the characters dot ., dash - and underline _. Once chosen, the username cannot be changed anymore.
The password must include at least one number, one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one special character like !@#$%^&*?. Furthermore, it must be at least 10 characters.
After clicking the “Create new account” button you will be forwarded to the sign in page, but Login is not possible yet! You need to verify your email address first, as described in the following chapter.
Verify your email address
When signed up successfully as described in the chapter above you will receive an email from no-reply@sintio.app. If this is not the case, please check your spam or junk folder.
The message includes a code, consisting of 6 numbers. Click on the link in the email what will forward you to following page, where you can enter the numbers and thus verify your account.
After verifying successfully you will be redirected to the login page, where you can login.
Sign in to your account
When your account is verified successfully you will be able to login with your username and your password. Visit www.sintio.app/signin (opens in a new tab) that will bring up following page to login.
