Meaning: Your charging station is not assigned to any organization.
What can you do?

ChargerNotAttachedToInstallation
Meaning: Your charging station is not assigned to any installation.
What can you do?
- Visit the Sintio Portal (opens in a new tab) and add the charging station to an installation. For more information on how to add installations, see here (opens in a new tab).
ChargerOrInstallationOrOrganizationInactive
Meaning: Your charging station, installation, or organization has been set to inactive.
What can you do?
- Visit the Sintio Portal (opens in a new tab) and set your charging station, installation, and/or organization to active. You can do this on the respective tab.
ChargerIsPublicOnly
Meaning: Your charging station is only publicly accessible. Authentication with RFID is not possible.
What can you do?
- If you want this charging station to be assigned to a specific user, you can contact us (opens in a new tab).
NoActiveTariffRate
Meaning: No electricity tariff has been set for your installation.
What can you do?
- Visit the Sintio Portal (opens in a new tab) and add a tariff to the affected installation. For more information on adding a tariff, see here (opens in a new tab).
RfidCardNotFound
Meaning: An unrecognized RFID card was used at one of your charging stations.
What can you do?
- If someone within your organization reports issues with authentication at their charging station, it may be because the RFID card has not been registered on their profile.
RfidCardInactive
Meaning: An inactive RFID card was used at one of your charging stations.
What can you do?
- If someone within your organization reports issues with authentication at their charging station, it may be because the RFID card needs to be updated on their profile.
RfidCardNotAssignedToUser
Meaning: An RFID card was used at one of your charging stations that does not belong to the station owner.
What can you do?
- No action is required on your part.
UserIsBlockedFromCharging
Meaning: You have been blocked from using your charging station.
What can you do?
- A common reason for user blocking is a failed transaction with your credit card. In this case, add a valid credit card on the Sintio Portal and email support@sintio.ch with the subject "UserIsBlockedFromCharging". For more information on adding a credit card, see here (opens in a new tab).
PaymentMethodForUserNotFound
Meaning: You have not added your payment method.
What can you do?
- Add a valid credit card to your profile on the Sintio Portal (opens in a new tab).
UserDoesNotHaveAccessToCharger
Meaning: Someone attempted to charge at one of your charging stations who is not assigned to that station.
What can you do?
- If someone within your organization reports authentication issues at their charging station, it may be that the station has been misidentified.
