Create Organization

Manage Your Charging Infrastructure Independently with sintio.light

Our service, sintio.light, allows you to manage your charging infrastructure independently. The assistant guides you step-by-step through the process. Below are the key steps explained in detail.

Create a user account at www.sintio.app (opens in a new tab). If you need help creating an account, you can find instructions under User Account.

FIRST-PAGE

  • Once you have created an account, you can access the Create Organization tab via the information icon or your profile.

ORG

  • Please make sure a valid credit card is linked to your personal account to activate your organization. This is solely for account validation. Your credit card will only be charged if you initiate charges with your personal account in the future.
  • If you wish to authorize at the charging station via badge, please link your RFID card. Alternatively, you can authorize and start a charging session via the Sintio app or Sintio portal.
  • Then press Create Organization.
  • If you need more information about managing your organization, you can find it under Manage Organization.

WIZARD

  • You are now in the assistant, which helps you set up your organization in five steps.

ORG-SETUP

  • Fill in all the fields with your organization's information as much as possible.
  • All fields marked with (*) are required.
  • Press Add.

DEPOSITOR

  • Now, add an account holder.
  • This account holder will receive your share of the revenue from the charging sessions.
  • You can request your reimbursements under Installation Income using the Request Reimbursement button. This can be done each mid-month of the following month.
  • Your IBAN must be written as a continuous string, or it will be invalid.
  • Press Add.

INSTALLATION

  • Name your installation. It is recommended to use the property address.
  • Also, enter the location.
  • You can now set a tariff. The charging energy will be billed at these rates. Both a standard rate and a peak/off-peak rate can be configured. In the Exceptions section, you can define deviations from the off-peak or base rate.
  • Tariffs can be adjusted at any time. For more information, see Add Tariffs.
  • Press Save.

OCPP

  • You now have your own OCPP URL to integrate your charging stations into the Sintio portal.
  • Set a password or generate one (using the key icon).
  • Link your charging station using the OCPP link. This process may vary depending on the manufacturer and model. For instructions on integrating your charging station, refer to Integration. Is your station not listed? Please contact us at support@sintio.com!
  • Press Configure Charging Station to continue.

CHARGER-ADDED

  • Once your charging stations are connected to the Sintio portal, they will appear in the final step. This may take a moment.
  • Use the Activate Charging Station button to add the stations to a group and to your installation.
  • You can add more users to the station group at any time. For more information on managing groups, see Add Group.

Once you have completed all the steps, your charging station is now ready!
