Creating an Organization on the Sintio Portal
If you would like to manage your charging infrastructure independently, you will find instructions below.
In general, your organization is created by the Sintio team.
This guide is intended for customers using the sintio.light or sintio.xlink subscription.
Create a New Organization
If you do not yet have a user account, create one at www.sintio.com (opens in a new tab).
If you need help creating an account, you can find a guide under User Account.
Once you have created an account, go to the menu → Organization and click the button Create a new organization.
Please make sure that a valid credit card is linked to your personal account so that your organization can be activated.
This is only for validating your account. Your credit card will only be charged if you use your personal account to initiate charging sessions in the future.
- Fill in all the fields with your organization’s information as completely as possible.
- All fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
- Click Add.
Add Depositor
- Next, add an account holder via the menu under Depositors.
- This depositor will receive your income from charging sessions.
You can define as many depositors as you like and assign them to different installations. - Your IBAN must be entered without spaces; otherwise the input is invalid.
- Click Add.
Congratulations! You have successfully created an organization.
