Invoices

Navigate to the Invoices menu item to view more details about your past invoices.

You can download past invoices at any time. Use the View Receipt button for this. You may need to request the receipt again—use the email address associated with your account for that.

Explanation of Invoice

Starting in October 2025, you will receive your monthly invoices in a new layout with two changes:

1. Itemization of individual charging sessions
   From now on, all charging sessions will be listed individually on the monthly invoice. This way, you can immediately see how many kWh were charged during each session and the corresponding costs.

2. Separate line for meter rental and basic fee from the energy supplier
   The component “Share of basic price / metering tariff” will, if applicable and if Sintio is the invoice recipient for the e-mobility meter, be shown separately in the future. Up until now, these costs were indirectly included in the charging tariff per kWh. By displaying this transparently as a separate item, the charging tariff per kWh will be reduced accordingly. This applies to installations where the meter rental has not yet been listed separately.

The transition will take place gradually starting in October 2025. An invoice example can be found below. The details of each charging session can be viewed at any time in the Sintio portal or the Sintio Mobile App.
