Sintio Portal User Documentation

This portal explains how to use the Sintio Portal www.sintio.com (opens in a new tab) – software for using and managing electric vehicle charging stations.

EV Drivers

If you are not familiar with the portal, we recommend creating a user account. In a second step, you can register an RFID badge. This is essentially an electronic key that allows you to unlock your EV charging station for the charging process. If you also add your payment details, you’re all set. Plug in your vehicle and start charging!

Organizations

With the Sintio Portal, electrical installers, energy providers, companies, or public administrations can easily operate and bill their charging stations.

Management can be performed independently or by Sintio, depending on the service.

Integration

Based on the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), we integrate charging stations. Detailed technical guides for the models can be found under the Integration section.

Xlink Portal

With Xlink (opens in a new tab) you can independently record charging stations and retrieve consumption data. The application is available to existing customers until the end of 2025. We now offer all functionalities on the Sintio Portal under the menu item Export Jobs.
