This website explains how to use the Sintio application www.sintio.app (opens in a new tab) – a state-of-the-art software for using and managing e-car chargers with ease.

E-car driver

If you are new to the Sintio-Portal, we highly recommend creating a user account. In a second step, you can add an RFID badge. This is an electronic key that allows you to unlock your e-car charger for the charging process. Additionally you can add your preferred payment details and you are set. Plug in the vehicle and charge!

Property manager

As a real estate manager, you can record and manage your organization using the Sintio application. You can also map the charging infrastructure at multiple locations, which is managed by your organization. This means you always have a complete overview. You will be instructed to do this under Manage Organizations.

Energy supplier

We offer an additional service for energy suppliers. With Xlink (opens in a new tab) you can independently record charging stations and read out the consumption data.
