What do the statuses of the chargers mean (OCPP logs)?

On the Sintio Portal, you can find an overview under Chargers. Each charger has a Charger state indicated. The following table provides information on the meaning of each status.

AvailableThe charger is available for a new user.
PreparingA car is connected to the charger but charging has not started yet. Authorization might be needed.
ChargingA car is plugged in, authorization was granted by Sintio, and power is being supplied.
Suspended by chargerWhen a vehicle is connected to the charger but no power is being supplied. The cause could be local load management.
Suspended by carThe charger is supplying power, but the car is not drawing any power. The battery might already be charged.
ReservedThe charger is reserved for a charging session.
UnavailableThe charger is not available.
ErrorThe charger has an internal problem and cannot supply power. As the operator (organization admin) of the charger, you can restart the charger; in most cases, this should resolve the issue.
