What do the statuses of the charging stations mean (OCPP logs)?
On the Sintio Portal, you can find an overview under Charging Stations. Each charging station has a Charger state indicated. The following table provides information on the meaning of each status.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Available | The charging station is available for a new user. |
| Preparing | A car is connected to the charging station but charging has not started yet. Authorization might be needed. |
| Charging | A car is plugged in, authorization was granted by Sintio, and power is being supplied. |
| Suspended by charger | When a vehicle is connected to the station but no power is being supplied. The cause could be local load management. |
| Suspended by car | The station is supplying power, but the car is not drawing any power. The battery might already be charged. |
| Reserved | The station is reserved for a charging session. |
| Unavailable | The station is not available. |
| Error | The station has an internal problem and cannot supply power. As the operator (organization admin) of the charging station, you can restart the charging station; in most cases, this should resolve the issue. |
