Why am I receiving offline notifications for my charger?
To ensure optimal operation of the chargers, they require an active internet connection. The Sintio portal automatically sends notifications to proactively inform infrastructure stakeholders if a charger loses its internet connection for more than two hours.
You may receive a notification when a charger goes offline for the following reasons:
- You are a user of the charger
- You have been registered as a technical contact by the installation operator
Enable/disable notifications as a charger user
Navigate to your profile and enable or disable notifications according to your preferences.

Enable/disable notifications as a technical contact
You have been defined as a technical contact by an organization. Please contact the organization if you would like to change this.
As an organization administrator, they can register you under the installation via the Technical Contacts tab and enable or disable notifications.
