Offline Notifications

Why am I receiving offline notifications for my charging station?

To ensure optimal operation of the charging stations, they require an active internet connection. The Sintio portal automatically sends notifications to proactively inform infrastructure stakeholders if a charging station loses its internet connection for more than two hours.

You may receive a notification when a charging station goes offline for the following reasons:

  • You are a user of the charging station
  • You have been registered as a technical contact by the installation operator

Enable/disable notifications as a charging station user

Navigate to your profile and enable or disable notifications according to your preferences.

You have been defined as a technical contact by an organization. Please contact the organization if you would like to change this.

As an organization administrator, they can register you under the installation via the Technical Contacts tab and enable or disable notifications.
