Meaning: Your charger is not assigned to any organization.

What can you do?

ChargerNotAttachedToInstallation

Meaning: Your charger is not assigned to any installation.

What can you do?

ChargerOrInstallationOrOrganizationInactive

Meaning: Your charger, installation, or organization has been set to inactive.

What can you do?

ChargerIsPublicOnly

Meaning: Your charger is only publicly accessible. Authentication with RFID is not possible.

What can you do?

NoActiveTariffRate

Meaning: No electricity tariff has been set for your installation.

What can you do?

RfidCardNotFound

Meaning: An unrecognized RFID card was used at one of your chargers.

What can you do?

  • If someone within your organization reports issues with authentication at their charger, it may be because the RFID card has not been registered on their profile.

RfidCardInactive

Meaning: An inactive RFID card was used at one of your chargers.

What can you do?

  • If someone within your organization reports issues with authentication at their charger, it may be because the RFID card needs to be updated on their profile.

RfidCardNotAssignedToUser

Meaning: An RFID card was used at one of your chargers that does not belong to the charger owner.

What can you do?

  • No action is required on your part.

UserIsBlockedFromCharging

Meaning: You have been blocked from using your charger.

What can you do?

  • A common reason for user blocking is a failed transaction with your credit card. In this case, add a valid credit card on the Sintio Portal and email support@sintio.ch with the subject "UserIsBlockedFromCharging". For more information on adding a credit card, see here (opens in a new tab).

PaymentMethodForUserNotFound

Meaning: You have not added your payment method.

What can you do?

Meaning: Someone attempted to charge at one of your chargers who is not assigned to that charger.

What can you do?

  • If someone within your organization reports authentication issues at their charger, it may be that the charger has been misidentified.
